Our company Mahfas Investment Limited a Construction Company seek to employ a competent and diligent Accountant who will add value and strengthen the Company.

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

– Develop sound financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity for casting.

– Maintain proper records for all projects and provide timely reports.

– High level financial reporting with analysis and recommendations.

– Prepare annual Budget

– Cash flow Management

– Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.

– Stakeholder management

– Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations

– Develop financial reviews and providing investment advice

– Work closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.

– well developed leadership skills and ability to relate well with the leadership team.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

– ACA/ ACCA will be an added advantage

– Strong background in Accounting & Reporting

– 5+ years experience

– outstanding knowledge & understanding of IFRS

– Familiar with statutory Tax compliance (federal & state)

– Good use of Microsoft Office

– Good knowledge of account packages (i.e SAGE)

– Very good written and oral communication

• Salary: N150,000
